Other duties include testing and troubleshooting online databases and web design.  Requires a minimum of one year experience in customer service, knowledge of Microsoft applications, HTML, and strong communications skills.  A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Communications is preferred.

Software Engineer Primary responsibilities include designing, implementing, testing and troubleshooting C++, Java or Visual Basic programs for next generation library applications. Requires a minimum of two years practical experience in application development. Experience with web application development is desired. A BA/BS degree in Computer Science is preferred.
